I've decided to revamp my website. This time I'm going for a stationary-themed design, and I'm quite content with what I have so far. I've added textures to the background, and I've added some bright colours to contrast the gray tones. The paper has some texture on it as well. I created my own paper texture and set it as hardlight over a light gray.
I liked the idea of using sticky tabs as well. It reminds me of the good old school days when I had to carry around countless textbooks. Stickies would be hanging out from the sides and even from the top.
Once I find enough time I'll break it apart and hopefully piece it together using DreamWeaver! It's exciting!
(Okay, it's actually supposed to be the portfolio page, but I accidentally kept the "about" tab on top...You get the idea)
